Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your payment information is protected using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption during checkout. TrackCRD does not store your credit or debit card information.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (when available).

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 

My tracking number isn’t updating. What should I do?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking has not updated after this time, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5-12 Business Days

  • Canada: 7-15 Business Days

  • Australia: 7-15 Business Days

  • Europe: 7-15 Business Days

  • Rest of the World: 7-20 Business Days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support.trackcrd@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at support.trackcrd@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update your shipping address.
