Does TrackCRD work with Android?

No. TrackCRD requires the Apple Find My app and is only compatible with Apple devices. It does not work with Android phones or tablets.

Is TrackCRD a GPS tracker?

No. TrackCRD is not a standalone cellular GPS tracker. It uses Apple's Find My network to help locate your belongings. Location availability depends on nearby participating Apple devices and network conditions.

Which Apple devices are compatible?

TrackCRD works with iPhones, iPads and Macs running a compatible version of iOS, iPadOS or macOS with the Find My app. Check Apple's website for the full list of supported devices and software versions.

How do I connect TrackCRD to Find My?

Open the Find My app on your Apple device, tap the Items tab, then tap Add Item and follow the on-screen instructions to pair TrackCRD.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 6–8 months per charge under typical use. Actual battery life varies depending on usage frequency and operating conditions.

How do I recharge it?

Place TrackCRD on a compatible wireless charger. A full charge typically takes a few hours. A wireless charger is not included.

Can it play a sound when nearby?

Yes. When TrackCRD is within Bluetooth range of your Apple device, you can use the Find My app to play a sound to help locate it.

Does it require a subscription?

No. TrackCRD is a one-time purchase with no monthly fees or subscriptions required.

How thick is the card?

Approximately 1.6 mm—slim enough to fit inside most standard wallet card slots.

Can I use it in luggage?

Yes. TrackCRD can be placed in a bag, backpack, luggage or passport holder as well as a wallet.

What happens if it arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support.trackcrd@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated transit times: Canada and USA 6–12 business days, other supported destinations 8–15 business days. Estimates exclude processing time and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or other factors.
